Rangers from Colorado Parks and Wildlife in the States were called in after a black bear was reported near the Colorado School of Mines in Golden rummaging through some trash. When the rangers arrived, the bear had already found some food and bolted up into a nearby tree.

Colorado Parks and Wildlife jumped onto X (Twitter) to say - "Our plan was to haze (or scare) the bear when it came down, so hopefully it would be uncomfortable around humans and not return to look for more trash,"

After an unsuccessful 5 hours and a drone later, the team turned to the power of metal

"While slightly annoyed by the drone, we decide to use music blasted at the bear," the rangers shared on X along with a video of the incident.

So what better song to blast than Iron Man by Black Sabbath.

Unfortunately, Ozzy’s voice seemed to have no effect on the bear whatsoever as you can see from the videos below, but hey… worth a try right?

Maybe a different metal song would’ve done the trick, Who knows?
