The ad has caused quite a reaction as it features a disabled actor reenacting a sexual gesture.

The ad which aired during the Paralympics and acccording to The Huffington Post, Maltesers worked with Scope, a disability charity for the ad, aiming to show more diversity on TV and encourage conversation surrounding disability.
