Weta - So Far So Close

Iconic Kiwi rock band Weta announce the 20th Anniversary re-release of 'GEOGRAPHICA', remastered to vinyl, and a new single, 'So Far, So Close'. Celebrating 20 years of the platinum-selling debut, and in memory of lead singer and guitarist Aaron Tokona, the band has announced a remastered release of 'GEOGRAPHICA' to vinyl.

'GEOGRAPHICA', released in September 2000 and produced by Grammy Nominee Steve James, that defined the band’s dynamic palette of soundscapes, musical diversity, and distinctively unique approach to songwriting. The 11-track album generated popular and critical acclaim, earning accolades ‘Most Promising Band’ and ‘Most Promising Vocalist’ at the 2000 New Zealand Music Awards.
