After teasing new music all week, Kings of Leon officially announced their eighth studio album, and the band's first in four years, When You See Yourself.

The announcement came to social media on Thursday (January 7) after the guys teased six new songs over the course of a week.

“When You See Yourself. 03.05.21,” they wrote on Instagram.

The four-piece shared the album's artwork as well as its 11-song tracklist. Along with the post, they also paired the album with the exact Pantone colors used to design it. As many fans pointed out, it looks like they pulled a fast one and the song names they teased are actually not the real names that will appear on the album.

“I literally screamed!! I never knew I needed this so much,” one excited fan wrote while another said, “ Fan since 03. Your music has helped me so much over the years. This could come at a better time!”

To give fans a taste of what to expect on the album, the Nashville band released two new songs, ”The Bandit” and ”100,000 People” with the former having an official video as well.

Pre-orders are available now and include a translucent black vinyl as well as a cassette tape.

While this is the band's first album in over four years, the guys shared a live, acoustic video of a song called "Going Nowhere" on YouTube to raise money for Live Nation’s Global Relief Fund.
