(What’s The Story) Morning Glory? Is officially 29 today. The hugely popular album from Manchester's finest, Oasis, was the follow-up to debut album Definitely Maybe, and is Oasis’s biggest-selling album with 22 million copies sold worldwide and could be argued as one of the most influential albums of all time. Recorded between May and June 1995 in Rockfield Studios, Monmouthshire, with Owen Morris and Noel Gallagher producing. Released on October 2nd 1995 it spent 10 weeks at No.1, is the 5th biggest-selling album in UK chart history and became the band’s breakthrough album in the US where it sold 4 million copies.

Back in 2020, Noel Gallagher returned to the legendary Rockfield Studios in Wales for the first time since the band recorded the album, looking back at his memories and reflecting on the album’s legacy.
