The Simpsons Co-Creator Dies Aged 59

One of the creative forces behind "The Simpsons" has died.
Sam Simon was the co-creator of the cartoon.
The 59-year-old has passed away after a long battle with cancer.
His final years were filled with charitable projects, including the donation of millions of dollars to animal rights causes.
