Subway Drops Jared Fogle As Their Spokesperson

Following investigations regarding connections to child pornography, the man who lost 245 pounds from eating around 700 subs in less than a year, has been removed as a spokesperson for Subway.

He is yet to be charged or arrested, however, many believe it may be in connection to the arrest of one of Fogle’s employees back in April, who was charged with possession of child pornography and child exploitation.

After removing all images and stories of Fogle from their website and advertising, Subway said in a statement to Huffington Post:

“Subway and Jared Fogle have mutually agreed to suspend their relationship due to the current investigation. Jared continues to cooperate with authorities and he expects no actions to be forthcoming.”
