Couple Caught Having Sex In The Warehouse Car Park In Timaru

A couple has been caught having sex in a car park outside The Warehouse in Timaru.

An affronted local spotted the pair engaging in the amorous public act on Monday night and phoned police.

Police today confirmed they received "reports of a sexual act being committed in a parked car" outside The Warehouse on Monday night.

A 47-year-old man and 40-year-old woman were arrested.

They were given pre-charge warnings.

The man who shopped the pair to police described the action on Facebook.

"Too the disgusting pigs conducting the lewd act in the busiest part of The Warehouse car park less than 20 meters away from the main door, I hope havn a police spotlight and a lady cop knocking on ya windows gav a ya good fright ... ringing the cops on ya filthy a** best call I ever made and watchn them catch u in the act was classic.[sic]"
