Genius punter tries to sneak vodka bottle into races inside bread

Now, this is the kind of ingenuity we need to celebrate!

The unnamed woman hollowed out a tomato and salami baguette and wedged a £7.29 bottle of vodka inside - but was caught out when security staff felt how heavy it was.  

The hilarious picture of the smuggling sandwich was posted to Twitter by the racecourse.
