Kiwi man takes advantage of flooding and rides a tube down a dam

There's 688,500 people in Auckland complaining about the rain and 688,499 people loving it because apparently there is a water shortage. I'm guessing you're wondering what the other 1 person (who makes up 1.377 million population in Auckland) is feeling/doing.

Well for starters he's absolutely nuts, and he decided to make the most of the rain and go dam-riding... 

The police are on the hunt for him because they believe it's dangerous but we think the man is a great New Zealander!
