The incident happened in the second half of the Hurricanes 25-9 Semi-Final victory over the Chiefs on Saturday night. 

So was it a kick or just a "boot in the face"...

TJ Perenara might be breathing a sigh of relief the halfback wasn't cited for foul play and put at risk playing in the Super Rugby Final this weekend.
