New Zealand has been trounced by England in the first Twenty20 World Cup semi final in Delhi.
England has cruised to a seven wicket win with 17 balls to spare.
After restricting New Zealand to 153 for 8, England reached 159 for 3 thanks to 78 from Jason Roy and an unbeaten 32 from Jos Buttler.
Roy said everything clicked.
"Just felt as if it was a chance to go out there on a decent wicket and get off to a great start. It's one of those totals where if you don't get off to a great start and you have a little hiccup it can be a little bit dangerous in the middle overs, so I just gave it a crack and it came off."
The Black Caps had struggled to 153 for 8, scoring just 20 off the last four overs.
Black Caps captain Kane Williamson is lamenting the failure to post a competitive score.
"At the half way stage, obviously credit to the England bowlers the way they pulled it back, but I knew we were probably a little bit short in those overs, especially after the start we got.
"If we'd got to that 180 mark, which was quite realistic, I thought it would have been a much closer game, but we were certainly beaten by a better team today."
England will face the winner of tonight's second semi between India and the West Indies.
