ICC To Review No-Ball Policy

The no ball that wasn't at the Basin Reserve has prompted the ICC to put the topic of video technology to review no-balls on its agenda at its next cricket committee meeting.
Adam Voges scored 239 but should have been dismissed on seven when bowled off a no ball call that was a legitimate delivery.
The ICC's confirmed the subject will be discussed, and match referee Chris Broad has revealed English umpire Richard Illingworth is 'distraught' over the howler.
Broad admits the decision was wrong and clearly embarrassing.
Black Caps batting coach Craig McMillan says it did have an effect on the game, but his team moved on after day one.
"When we rocked up for day two there was no talk of that. There was talk of how we're going to get this guy out, and that was the focus."
"While there's obviously going to be some disappointment the guys had got over it."
