The former Eels fullback will return to the NRL after a stint in the NFL and a fleeting appearance with the Fijian Sevens side.
Titans CEO Graham Annesley has confirmed Jarryd Hayne will play in the remainder of the NRL season and will be available to face the Warriors this Sunday.
Parramatta had reportedly approved a three-year offer worth close to $2.5 million for Hayne to return to the NRL club.
Hayne said it was a difficult decision to make, but the Eels never came knocking.
He said he was concerned that even by Monday he was yet to be offered a contract, and said despite media reports a formal offer from the Eels never got to him.
Warriors managing director Jim Doyle is fine with the NRL paving Hayne an immediate return to rugby league.
Depending on medical tests, performances in training and a re-jig of Gold Coast's team - Hayne could face the Warriors this weekend.
"I mean that's obviously the rules inside the NRL...he hasn't come from a rugby league club which obviously doesn't mean the June 30th rule applies."
