Substitute Eder has scored in extra-time to give Portugal a 1-0 win over hosts France in the Euro 2016 final.

It was an extra time screamer, with Eder scoring from 25 yards out in the 109th minute.

The two teams were locked nil-all at the end of regulation, with the French having the better of the chances in the 90 minutes.

Portugal did it without Cristiano Ronaldo, who left the field on a stretcher in the 25th minute with a leg injury.
