SBW Named In Wellington Sevens Side

Sonny Bill Williams has been officially named in the 22-man All Blacks Sevens squad to start training for this month's Wellington Sevens.

With multiple injuries plaguing the squad, three new members have been named.

Counties Manukau pair Josh Van Lieshout and Sione Molia are in the squad for the first time, along with Hawke's Bay's Billy Ropiha.

Taranaki's Kurt Baker has returned to the All Blacks Sevens as a contracted squad member for 2016.

Scott Curry, Declan O'Donnell, DJ Forbes and Sherwin Stowers were not available because of injury.

All Blacks loose forward Liam Messam is not available due to playing commitments in Japan.

The squad will assemble in Wellington tomorrow.
