Warriors To Learn Fate Of Tuivasa-Sheck After Knee Injury

The Warriors hope to have a clearer picture over the extent of fullback Roger Tuivasa-Sheck's knee injury later today.

The fullback will have scans today on his injured knee which saw him limp off the field early in their determined 24-20 win over the Bulldogs in Wellington.

Coach Andrew McFadden says the way they coped without Tuivasa-Sheck for much of the match was encouraging.

"We stuck at it, which is what we wanted to do," he said.  

"They came back, it could have been tough for us, but even in the second half we started well again."

The Warriors are 10th on the table.

Meanwhile NRL leaders Brisbane embarrassed Newcastle 53-nil.
