Worries Over Jones Transfer

Worst case scenario is running through the mind of Phoenix captain Andrew Durante after a paperwork stuff up halted the transfer of new striker Alex Jones.

Jones' transfer hasn't been signed off by FIFA because of a delay in the paperwork by New Zealand Football.

Durante says it could be terrible for Jones and the team if FIFA decide not to overturn the error.

He says if Jones's clearance doesn't come through he's not much good to the Phoenix, so would probably just go back to England.
